OVERVIEW
INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR (IMR) SERVICES
In
Indonesia, the arrangements for safety platform forth in the Regulation of the
Minister of Mines No. 05/P/M/Pertamb/1977, entitled " Kewajiban Memiliki
Sertifikat Kelayakan Konstruksi untuk Platform Minyak dan Gas Bumi di Daerah
Lepas Pantai." Broadly speaking the contents of the regulation is to
require that each platform has a Sertifikat Kelayakan Konstruksi (Certificate
of Construction Fitness) issued by the Directorate General of Oil and Gas after
receiving reports of technical inspection conducted with the assistance of a
third party. Understanding the platform here is every building above or below
the water, installed permanently and used for the operation of oil and gas in
the offshore area.
As a third party, we, PT AQUAMARINE DIVINDO INSPECTION has competent human resources and certified equipments to carry out inspection and maintenance work platforms as stipulated in the Ministerial Regulation, include:
1 Underwater Inspection Platform :
- Visual inspection of the entire structure to check for possible defects and corrosion.
- Examination of the riser clamps, connection boat landing and barge bumper, whether all connections and bolts are still complete and strong enough.
- Examination of Corrosion Prevention Systems.
- Measurement of marine growth. If necessary, it will be cleaned of marine growth if it exceeds a certain thickness.
- Detailed examination of certain welded joints whose location is determined by the design appraisal generally in spots with relatively high stress.
- Examination under-water welding joint using Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
- Measurement of the thickness of the beams and stems in certain parts to determine the level of corrosion.
2. Above-Water Inspection Platform and Surface
Water Around (Splash Zone) :
- Visual inspection of the parts of the main structure, including deck beams, deck leg and the leg decks connection to the beam for possible defects, deformation, or corrosion.
- Detailed
examination of certain welded connections are determined by design appraisal.
In
addition to the platform, we are also able to carry out inspection and
maintenance work on the Subsea Pipeline, Floating Hose, Single Buoy Mooring
(SBM) and Mooring Chain.
